We utilize a vendor network of qualified real estate professionals & home improvement contractors residing in the communities the homes are in thus providing business opportunities to local small businesses, including women, minority, disadvantaged, and veteran owned businesses.
In preserving, maintaining, and reselling foreclosed homes, communities most affected by foreclosures are quickly rejuvenated and stabilized. We work at the local level with community members, Real Estate Agents, home improvement contractors, and non profit or faith based organizations to educate homebuyers about homeownership and provide counseling resources on home purchase and financing to foster long term commitment and pride of homeownership among local communities across the country.
We also ensure that your REO property remains clean, safe, and in compliance with all state and local authority codes. We are well apprised of all local code enforcement stipulations and shall proactively monitor, and if necessary correct any such code violations.
