REO Field Inspection
Our inspection services provide our clients with necessary information and data regarding property condition and occupancy status that allows them to make critical decisions regarding their non performing asset.
We offer various property inspection services including occupancy verifications and checks, vacant property inspections, property condition and activity report including complete photos as needed.
When required, we engage in pre-eviction negotiations including cash for keys. We assist in negotiating for current occupant to vacate the property and leave the home in a broom sweep condition. In this negotiation, the goal is to allow occupant to gracefully vacate the property as quickly as possible while preserving the property and leaving it in the best condition possible.
At request of our client, we conduct regular inspections on reports of vandalism or property condition. We have a 24/7 emergency response team who are ready to check on property anytime there is reason to believe vandalism has or is about to occur, prepare and file the necessary police reports when vandalism does occur including property condition photos. We then offer remediation services after the vandalism on the property including graffiti clean, replacing all damaged locks, change lock box code if necessary, and perform other repairs as needed.
