REO Property Maintenance
Our REO property maintenance and management services are designed to keep our client’s foreclosed assets in as great condition as possible. Once an REO home is assigned to us, our Property Analyst (PA) will visit cite and perform an interior and exterior property evaluation to determine property condition and repair work that needs to be performed to bring the property to marketable condition. In conjunction with a Vendor Network Coordinator (VNC), a detailed repair checklist document including pictures and pricing and schedule information is created and submitted to our client for approval.
Through our large network of prescreened service providers and home improvement specialists, we are able to perform quality and timely work, both large and small.
